Plant, tree & shrub installation
The right plants, placed and planted the right way, turn a bare yard into a landscape that lasts. We install trees, shrubs, ground cover and seasonal color suited to Tri-Valley soil and summers — and set them up to thrive.
Good planting is about more than digging a hole. We help you choose plants that fit your yard's sun, soil and water — favoring drought-tolerant and California-native options that hold up to our hot, dry summers — then prep the soil, plant at the right depth and spacing, mulch, and tie everything into your irrigation so new plantings get established.
From a single tree or a row of privacy shrubs to full planting beds and a drought-smart yard makeover, we install for homes and businesses across Livermore, Pleasanton and Dublin. You get plants placed to grow into the space, and looked after through the critical first weeks.

Plant installation — questions we get asked
What plants do well in Tri-Valley conditions?
Species that take hot, dry summers and clay soil. California natives and Mediterranean plants do particularly well here and cut watering right down once established.
When is the best time to plant?
Fall. Roots establish over the wet months, so plants go into their first summer already settled. Spring works too, with more watering through the first year.
Do you prepare the soil first?
Yes. Most of this valley is heavy clay, and planting straight into unamended clay is the usual reason new plants sit and sulk instead of growing.
